SAFE CUSTOMER AWARENESS NETWORK (SCAN)

Shop in the security of the Safe Customer Awareness Network (SCAN) at Rupert Square Shopping Centre. With a modern surveillance system with low-light color cameras located throughout Rupert Square, this helps our security team monitor our public spaces. Two-way intercoms located throughout the property connect directly to the Security Control Center, where our security team monitors the entire property from one location.

Our team can quickly identify and respond to potential problems, medical emergencies, lost children, parking problems and any other situation where a shopper might need support.

RUPERT SQUARE MANAGEMENT OFFICE

The mall management office is located on the middle level across from the Dollar Store. The management office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A Manager-on-Call is available by pager on weekends.

RUPERT SQUARE SECURITY TEAM & Administration

Our uniformed security team monitors the Center 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The team has been trained to enforce our code of conduct so everyone can enjoy their shopping experience. Please call on them whenever you need assistance.
